Emily was our first experience with rover.com. Our Roo bonded with Emily right away so we will definitely request Emily again. We needed to be out of town for a long day & scrambled to find someone to walk & feed Roo while we were gone. Having never used this service before, I wasn't sure what to expect but everything was handled so professionally including easy payment online & Emily sending pictures of Roo during her care visit. Also Emily's references that I spoke to prior to signing up were total praise & high recommendations. Emily is the person I always will want to take care of our Roo when we have to be away- & Roo agrees!

Sunny was great :) We were almost panicking but it made my husband and I feel better that they were taken care of by a cat lover also. And a professional 👌. Her communication was stellar! Our fur babies were happy and healthy after 6 days being away! Even our most shy cat came around to her. He is a rescue. And for him to come out and trust her is amazing!! That is fur baby love!! We will definitely book Sunny again in the future:) PS. She even brought a package in off the porch and brought it in and told us about it! That is top notch service!

Tara was a great sitter and took good care of my cats. She was very patient and detail-oriented.
