Dog Boarding in Modena

Maria was friendly, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly. She managed my dog's stress when I was dropping him off by speaking to him in an upbeat tone and taking him around her property to sniff and walk (which he loves). When he didn't want the dry food l left with him, she fed him some homemade turkey (after being assured he doesn't have allergies)! Very sweet and caring. I would definitely use her again if I'm in the area.

When I drop off my pups, they run to the house to find Janice and Richard and Sidney. (And rebel and Coco, their doggie hosts) Gunda has a degenerative back problem and needs special attention, sometimes meds. Janice knows her stuff and I know I don't have to worry for a minute (same with Richard, who works with horses & sheep). I travel a lot and it's a huge blessing to know that the girls are not just well taken care of, but socializing with other dogs and humans, playing and being petted all day by a houseful of loving folks. Thanks, guys.

Gabriel and Annie have a great yard and super dog friendly home. They treated our dog great! She was super excited to see us after 5 days, but we could tell she was happy and relaxed after her time at the sitter's.

Mildred is the best!! Lea had so much fun with her and her family and their two doggos. My baby was under the best care and cuddles. I love that Mildred provided updates daily (with conversation!). A really great person to consider for your dog. She will make sure your baby is fed and walked and happy. My baby is so wiped right now from spending a week at Mildred’s because all she did was play and cuddle with her dogs, who were sweethearts themselves. KO’d. Thank you Mildred!!

We felt very secure leaving our pup Josie with Kristen! Communication was great and Josie got to spend a lot of time outside on walks & soaking up the sun on their deck.

Our dog had a fantastic time staying overnight with Jeanette and her family! Jeanette sent us lots of pictures and updates. Great communication. We’ll definitely be going back to her for future boarding and daycare needs!

Tara was FABULOUS with our spirited basset hound. Everything went smoothly from meet and greet to booking to drop off and pickup. Tara’s menagerie of pets are lovely and were so welcoming to my dog; it was perfect for Lulu’s extraverted personality. And Tara provided regular updates so I knew Lulu was having a blast (and making herself very at home!). Will absolutely use Tara again for doggy daycare and/or overnight boarding.

Stefany was super awesome at taking care of our puppy. She was an excellent communicator and sent lots of pictures and video of our puppy. We felt as ease leaving our pup with her and would absolutely do it again. She took the dog to the dog park and for frequent walks. She really cares about your furry friend. Tom

Loretta was wonderful with our old dog. We were able to relax knowing he was safe, comfortable, and well-loved while we were away. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone and everyone. ❤️

Taus is not a boarder or sitter, he is so much more than that. Taus spent about an hour of his time the day BEFORE our sitting date to get to know Roman. On the day, he spent the day with Roman only and did everything and beyond to give him care, attention, and adventure! Roman had his dream day exploring beautiful parks and trails and getting personalized attention and love. THANK YOU, TAUS!!

Pam was excellent with our 10-month-old puppy Otis. We had never left him before, so we were a little nervous; plus, him being a rescue pup, we weren't sure what to expect with other dogs/strangers. Pam was patient, kind, and communicative. She put our minds at ease and took terrific care of Otis while we were away for a week. I would absolutely leave Otis with her again and recommend her care to anyone I know. On top of caring for Otis, she had tips and advice for things that might improve Otie's next stay and life at home. These were so appreciated. Thank you, Pam!! Our family is so very thankful to have found you.

Sandra was absolutely marvelous with our puppies. They settled in with her immediately and she sent frequent updates and photos. Our normally reserved and anxious older dog was obviously relaxed and happy the whole time. They got lots of cuddles and walks. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Lynette took such good care of Harley and Lucky. She was so attentive to them, asking me questions and making sure their needs were addressed. She stayed in frequent contact and sent many pictures. Lynette provides a very warm and secure home for my dogs while they stayed at her house, and I appreciate her proactivity and care.

Amazing! Care and details of our beloved Max were paramount by Lyanne! Can not give a better recommendation to the attention Lyanne provided Max. We never left our Schnauzer to a sitter and we were worried Max would not adjust well. We were surprised that Max adapted and was treated with the upmost affection. Videos and pictures were provided on a daily basis. We will use Lyanne as much as hopefully she will allow! Thank you, Lyanne! You’re the best.

Victoria did an excellent job watching Abby for me. She sent pictures and very through updates. Abby can be shy with new people - Victoria was understanding about that and was very welcoming and accommodating to Abby's quirks.

I was extremely nervous leaving my five month old puppy for the first time. I'm more than happy to say Donna squashed all my fears! She and her husband were very kind and had a lovely home. Their dog got used to Inigo fairly quickly, and later he was lucky enough to have playtime with another five month old puppy Donna was sitting at the time. She took pictures and videos, sending them to me via email when Dogvacay was having technical difficulties. Inigo seemed to have a wonderful time, and I would be thrilled to have him stay over again!

Anthony and Colin (and Channing + Milo Jr) were wonderful hosts to little Hazel! I got lots of photos of cozy snuggling and wagging tails. She truly didn't want to leave their care when I picked her up today. I felt so great and comfortable with them looking over my doggo!

I’m nearly positive my dog would rather live with David and his lovely family with all the attention and treats they give to him. Ever makes sure to stick up in all the stuff he knows my dog likes more before he gets there. I always come back to a wonderfully happy dog. I could not recommend him more!
