Cat Sitting in Mohegan Lake

Emily was just so incredible with my cat, Freddie. I was so nervous about leaving him for the first time after he experienced a urinary tract blockage. Emily provided informative and loving updates each day and followed my (perhaps unnecessarily complicated) food and medication instructions perfectly. She made me feel so relieved that my cat was in safe hands while I was out of town. I can’t recommend her enough!

Candice was the sweetest pet sitter for our cat! She was patient with him and communicative with us throughout the time we were away. We would definitely rebook her in the future!

Adrian dropped in for visits with our cat, Rusty, for one week. Rusty is a very fearful cat but seemed to feel comfortable to come for his meals with Adrian there. We loved receiving all the photos of our little guy and notes about how the visits had gone. Thanks for a good experience.

Katherine was excellent. We were away for the weekend for a memorial service, and it was such a relief knowing our cats — and home — were in good hands. Katherine kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which made it easy to relax while we were gone. The house was spotless when we got home, and both cats were clearly at ease. One especially sweet moment: our more reserved cat, who’s very affectionate with us but slow to warm up to new people, climbed into Katherine’s lap within the first hour. That’s never happened before — in nearly ten years. Katherine also went out of the way to check our basement for possible flooding during the Nor’easter, which we really appreciated. I booked based on great reviews, and now I see why. We’ll absolutely ask Katherine back.
