William was meticulous about sending us videos and letting us know how Keelie was doing. He is a sweetheart who even shoveled for us. Looking forward to using him again!

Omar was a picture perfect sitter! He was extremely responsive before my meeting with Anya and throughout her stay with him he was communicative, sent photos, videos, and even introduced Anya to a new toy that she loves. I just ordered mine for her yesterday after her stay with Omar. I will absolutely be using him again and I’m so grateful I found him!

Noelle was absolutely wonderful with Huff. She followed all of my specific care instructions carefully, and I felt complete peace of mind knowing Huff was in such a loving, attentive environment while I was away. The daily photo updates were such a reassurance and really helped me feel connected while on vacation. I couldn’t have asked for a better dogsitter and would happily book with Noelle again.

Juan has taken care of my 1-year-old Goldendoodle, Teddy, twice now, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Jocelyn was amazing with Sam. We board Sam for 3 weeks and he had a wonderful time. Jocelyn send multiple Videos and picture with an update twice a day. So we know Sam is having a great time and taken care of very well. Sam and we are supper happy and satisfied with the service. I recently entrusted my beloved dog, Halen, to Sean and Aoife through the Rover app, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. This was Blu's first overnight with Grace & Luis as a trial run for an upcoming longer stay. Beforehand this trial run, they shared references with me and got rave reviews. I happened to know one of the people, and that made me even more confident in booking with Grace & Luis. They kept me updated on how she was doing and sent pics. Blu had a blast and was well cared for; she will definitely be going back again! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!!! I could write an entire book. She took care of my Dalmatian from beginning to end. I was in such a rush that I didn’t even have time to go upstairs with her but she met me outside for pick up and drop off. I received daily photos and videos and she kept me updated with his eating, walks and bathroom breaks. He came back home so tired from having so much fun. We will be back again very soon!
