Dog Boarding in New Rochelle

Mayra was wonderful with our Lucy! This was our first long trip away from home and I really wanted to make sure we had someone trustworthy. We had a meet and greet with Mayra and she was so sweet and asked good questions about caring for Lucy. During our trip she’d send us pictures and video updates of Lucy, it really made it easy for us to focus on the trip and not worry about how Lucy is taken care of because we felt confident in Mayra’s care. I’m happy to have found someone dependable and will definitely reach out to Mayra again in the future!

Lisa took such good care of our Barnaby over the holiday week! This was our first time with a Rover sitter and we had such a fantastic experience from booking to pickup! Lisa was so accommodating. We were a bit nervous with all the family flying out of town, but Barnaby was in great hands, and even made his first doggy friend. I recently entrusted my beloved dog, Halen, to Sean and Aoife through the Rover app, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I dropped Halen off, I knew he was in good hands. Sean and Aoife created a wonderful environment for Halen, filled with love, care, and plenty of fun activities. It was evident that Sean and Aoife have a genuine passion for dogs; they treated Halen as if he were their own. Their affection and attention to detail truly set them apart. Throughout Halen's stay, they provided frequent updates, which included photos and messages, reassuring me that he was happy and well-cared for. Moreover, the environment they provided for Halen was exceptional. It was clean, safe, and tailored to meet his needs. Halen had plenty of space to play and explore, and I could tell he was having a blast. Overall, I highly recommend Sean and Aoife on the Rover app for anyone looking for trustworthy and loving caregivers for their furry friends. Jocelyn is amazing every single time! My pups absolutely love her-they get to play, feel comfortable and come home happy and clean. It's such a relief knowing they're in great hands!

William was meticulous about sending us videos and letting us know how Keelie was doing. He is a sweetheart who even shoveled for us. Looking forward to using him again!

My pup had been recently diagnosed with cancer. Even with all kinds of detailed medicines and challenges with multiple side effects, Courtney was awesome with my pup - tons of communication, following detailed instruction meticulously, and ensuring that my boy was so comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I can highly recommend Robert. We have a rescue 10-year-old that can be very skittish in New environments. Robert and his partner handled our pup well and she came back in good shape. He was always responsive in a timely manner with all communication.

Teddy had a GREAT time at Juan's house over Thanksgiving! Juan sent photos, and Teddy came home exhausted and happy from playing with his furry friends and Juan's family! we will book again soon!!

Charmaine is great! She sent photos and videos of our dog. It was abundantly clear that our dog was loved by all during her stay with Charmaine. We wanted to pick up our dog a day earlier than scheduled and Charmaine was so accommodating. Our dog definitely came back home happy, healthy and in good spirits. Thank you Charmaine!

We are very happy with the care Grace and Luis gave to our dog Mac. It was his first time away from home and he very obviously liked them, offering many bumps and licks before we took him home. We will definitely book with them again.

Our Kogi had such an amazing time with Noelle~ she was so kind and understanding of Kogi's needs as a puppy and made sure that he was comfortable with his stay~ Kogi was so sad to leave! thank you so much Noelle! would defs recommend her again

Vivian is a very professional and nice person! Her husband was also very helpful. Vivian sent me pictures throughout the day to keep me updated on my dog. My boy was very happy at his stay and met other doggy friends, I will definitely be requesting services with Vivian again!

Omar is super kind and patient with our senior dog. Understands that she needs her space sometimes, but keeps her engaged with walks and thought provoking puzzle toys. Would highly recommend for any nervous dog and parent. 😉

Tashi was in good hands with Grace. She provided pictures daily while I was on vacation with my parents. They had just received a kitten and I didn’t know what to do in regards to boarding until I came across this sitter who provided exceptional care.

Jesus was great with Max - very communicative with pictures and looks like Max had a great time. Really appreciate how quickly Jesus responded to texts and his flexibility. We will be back! Thank you Jesus!

Excellent and understanding! Sherise was awesome with my dogs, they came home happy which was great since this was our first time boarding. She was easy to communicate with, and when I had a couple hiccups getting back to get my dogs she worked with me.

It was my first time leaving my baby with someone that was not a family member. She was very professional, asked me a lot of questions about him and very responsive. He had such great time, he didn’t want to leave her, thats how i know he was well taken care of. Thank you for your patience and for making this first experience less stressful.
