Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in New Salem

This was my first time using Rover. Heather B. was amazing! She cared for my two cats for 7 days, 1x/day. The daily timing of visits was consistent with what was agreed upon. The photos and notes she posted were so complete and helpful that I really felt comfortable with my decision to use Rover, and especially picking Heather B. This experience has helped inspire me to travel more, knowing my kitties are in good hands!

I’ve had Jose watch our senior cat for the Christmas holiday and now a long weekend. He is always prompt with communicating to me and sends great photos. It seems like our grouchy cat likes him a lot so we will happily continue to use him as available and would recommend!

Sara took great care of our puppy! She was so kind and we appreciated her timeliness and communication while we were away. Sara gave our energetic puppy food, walks, and play!

Glenmary and her partner were amazing with our two cats while we were away! It was our first time hiring someone and it was nice knowing our babies were in great hands! They sent lots of pictures and followed the directions we left perfectly. We would 100% book with them again and would recommended them!

Natasha is awesome! We trust her in our home and she sure does Storm and Teddy! We have booked her multiple times and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter! When I am not at home with the dogs, she really makes them feel like we are right there. Thank you Natasha! Storm and Teddy sure do appreciate all you do for them.

Joe checked on my cats for 5 days while I was away on a trip. They were alive and well when I got home which is really all I could ask for! I appreciated the updates/pictures each day with how the boys were doing. The only complaints are that the dry food container was completely empty when I got back the next day (which would have been bad if my flights had been canceled) and the litter seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days.

Kaitlyn was great! She gave me daily updates about my cat and let me know when she checked in and out. I would definitely book her again!
