Doggy Day Care in New Suffolk

Definitely 5 Stars. Our sensitive little Springer Spaniel had a great day with Hannah. Thanks for the great communication, the many pictures and your being so accommodating of our schedule!

Our first experience with Jared was fantastic! Oscar was well cared for and Jared was very flexible when my schedule changed and I had to adjust my pick up time. I highly recommend Jared as a caretaker for your dog. Oscar will be a regular visitor!

Maria wasn’t available to dog sit but her daughter Tatiana was, and we couldn’t have been happier! Tatiana was lovely with our dog, and the house has a fenced in backyard so our dog could spend a lot of time outdoors. We’re not in the Hamptons that often, but we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Tatiana again.

Regina answered within 2 minutes early in the morning per my last minute request. She was great at communicating! Would use her again 100% !

They were very kind. I think coco had a great experience because she could play with small set of chill dogs in her size range. Amazing they were able to accommodate my last minute request! Will definitely try to book again!!

This week I had a last minute situation where I had to find a sitter fast for my dog Max. Jeff was the closest individual to me and I reached out to him an hour before I would need to have my dog taking care of. He responded to me immediately and was open to supporting me after learning more about Max and his needs. I explained my worries around my dogs seperation anxiety and they were very open to support. I arrived at the home and spent 30 minutes speaking with Jeff about my dog and his behaviors. Jeff was happy to take him in as well as work with my dog around his seperation as well as some other behaviors he has such as jumping up on me. I gained some really sound advise from Jeff about my dogs behaviors and even implemented some of his advice that has been really helpful towards my dog listening to me more. Thanks so much Jeff for being there when I needed.

Julie is very kind and accommodating. Quick to communicate and give updates. Confirmed what my expectations were and exceeded them. She took very good care of Sonny during the time he was with her. Thank you Julie from me and Sonny!

A month or so ago we started fostering a Chocolate lab named Char. She’s a delightful dog but has separation anxiety. We knew we would need someone to take care of her during the day for 3 days straight. So I checked Rover and found this wonderful couple. I spoke with Mathew and he said they have taken care of other separation anxiety dogs. They have two dogs and I knew Char would love that. So we booked them and are we glad we did. They were wonderful with her and sent us lots of photos. The true test was that Char was excited to go back on days 2 and 3 and pulled me to the door. Thank you, so much, Mathew and Kristin for taking care of Char. I will certainly use you in the future.

They were great with Romie! Lots of space for him to run around.

Cannot say enough about the time and effort Suzanne put into making sure my two dogs had a wonderful stay away from the house. We booked well in advance due to an event we had planned and Suzanne did not skip a beat. SO thorough and mindful of every little detail! She made me feel at ease from day one and even after sent recommendations for our pups (one has some anxiety that she was hyper aware of which was incredible). I certainly recommend and will be a repeat offender next time we need a sitter if she will have us ??
