I can’t express enough how impressed Doug and I were with Janyl and the care of our 1 pup, Shelby. She came to our meet and greet with detailed questions and suggestions that calmed our worry for the care of Shelby. There were a few hiccups on our part of the service but she communicated right away and took care of them as well as cleaning a few things which she did not have to do but didn’t hesitate take care of. Amber was easy to communicate with and made sure our two cats were fed and watered while we spent a long weekend away. We would welcome Amber back for drop-ins in the future.
