Susan took excellent care of my cats! She was easy to get in touch with, followed all of my pets' care instructions closely, and sent prompt updates following each visit. I especially appreciated that she was available for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and for another short-notice visit.

Bethany is warm, friendly person who is prompt and reliable - and was a perfect sitter for our little black cat, Jellybean! Before we left for our trip , she came over to familiarize herself with her routine and where we kept all of the things required to feed and care for her. And while she was there for her daily visit, she made sure to seek out Jellybean - who likes to hide from unfamiliar people - and okay with her to make her more comfortable. And it worked! After the first visit, it seems Jellybean came out on her own to greet her - and she sent pictures to prove it. 😻

Sophia was amazing with my cats and home! Super communicative upfront - I have a guide for my cats and the home that she clearly read in depth and asked questions about which I really appreciated. When I returned after a longer time away from home (10 days), the cats were clearly well-stimulated and had a good time. The pictures she sends are pretty great - I even saved one as my phone background! She got even the shy cat to open up which was also pretty amazing. Overall, would definitely hire again!

I can’t recommend Akudo highly enough. Communicative, kind, tons of photos, and seems to genuinely like pets :) it made me feel so much more comfortable knowing she was there when I had to unexpectedly go out of town. When I came home, it was clear my cat missed me but hadn’t been as scared or lonely as I’ve found her in the past. Thanks Akudo!
