Rachel is an extremely responsible, reliable, and flexible pet sitter. She is coming weekly to check on our pups while we are in the office and they love her. We have a shy dog who needs encouragement and a loud boy who gets very scared of noises and she is so nice and sweet to them that they feel at ease. Attentive and communicative. Sent lots of photos. But I did come home to find dirt tracked all over my living room rug. She made a bigger mess on the rug than my cats did.
