Ashley is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Banjo didn’t get a chance to have a stay on our booking date, but she’s been a kind and understanding resource in the wild puppy phase. We plan to use Ashley in the future

Jessica and her family were so lovely to work with and were so great to our pups while we were away!! She is quick to reply, keeps you updated & is so caring!

Jordan and Nathan were awesome with Joy. By the photos they sent daily she looked like she was having the time of her life. I was a little nervous leaving her with bigger dogs, but she fit right in. I would definitely leave Joy there again.

Naomi was super friendly and cared well for my dog. She left messages about how BooBoo was doing which put my mind at ease. She has a big fenced in yard that BooBoo enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for someone to ‘CARE’ for your dog(s), do not hesitate to contact Andreas. I have boarded my small dogs with him several times and the proof is how happy they enter his home. They are Velcro dogs who do not like leaving me but they adore Andreas. (They may like him better!) if you dog has special needs, Andreas is very attentive to instructions and will give you frequent updates so you don’t worry. Contact him, you won’t be sorry.

Jamie is amazing! We were anxious for leaving Burfi with a sitter as this was her first time away from home, but Jamie made the entire process so smooth and comforting for both us and Burfi. We first did a meet and greet to ensure Burfi was a good fit and they both jelled like PB&J from the get go! We brought over a lot of Burfi's belongings over and Jamie even helped us set it up in her home to ensure Burfi felt right at home. She provided regular check-ins through photos, videos and calls and ensured Burfi was fitting in well throughout her stay. Jamie is a god send. We will definitely book a stay again! 😊

Bella stayed for one overnight with Monique and seemed to have a great time! We appreciated the photo updates and enjoyed our getaway knowing Bella was being well cared for. Thank you for taking good care of Bella :)

This was our Goldie's second time with Michael, and she loved it just as much as the first. He spoiled her with special treats and lots of attention. She can be an anxious dog but you would never know that. Michael was also very patient with our puppy, who is not easy-going.

Coppers third stay with Jennifer and Brent was just great! In addition to the untied freedom of running in their back yard Copper gets special attention, frequent walks, and freedom to explore their home. We liked the daily updates and photos showing his fun times and flaked-out times. We will continue to use Jennifer and Brents services when we are in St. Catharines and we know Copper's looking forward to his next visit in their home. Ruby had the most amazing time with Jodie recently. We were stuck in a bind with our hotel not allowing pets and our original pet sitter no longer able to watch her. We contacted Jodie and John with a last minute request and they were extremely responsive and worked with us to get Ruby booked quickly. We used the pet pickup service and were able to introduce Ruby and share details about her in a neutral environment. It was evident that Jodie really cares for the pets she watches and the updates were consistent without being too much. Ruby came home well rested and without any learned behavior problems. I 100% would recommend Jodie and John for your pet sitting needs.

Beverly and her husband were so sweet with out 11 year old maltipoo who is diabetic. She knew exactly how to give his shots and didn't bat an eye when I told her feeding times might be frusturating. She sent pictures daily so we could see he was doing fine and he was healthy and happy when we picked him up and they had nothing but nice things to say about him. If I am ever in her area in the future, I would definitely trust Beverly with our dog again.

I highly recommend that you book with Samantha to care for your pet. We had a serious situation recently when another sitter fell ill at the last possible moment, placing an important trip in jeopardy. Samantha graciously agreed to welcome our dog Roscoe into her loving home and family, last minute. We are so thankful for Samantha’s care of Roscoe in all regards. Her kind nature put us at ease the moment we met her. He was super healthy and happy when we picked him up. She communicated throughout the process with updates and pictures daily, which was comforting and reassuring. We are lucky and glad to have had a wonderful pet sitting experience with Samantha and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Samantha!

Melissa saved us when the sitter we booked for Thanksgiving backed out a day before we were supposed to drop off our boys. She was communicative, flexible, and kind. We would definitely book with her again!
