Dog Boarding in Niagara Falls

My dog had an amazing stay.The care, attention, and kindness were truly outstanding. I got regular updates, photos, and videos, which made me feel completely at ease. It was clear that my dog felt comfortable, happy, and very loved. The place was clean, safe, and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for better care, highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog boarding service.

Kristen took such great care of Skye! He had so much fun playing with her dogs and came home happy, relaxed and went straight to bed. Loved the updates, pics, and videos. She was so warm, responsive, and clearly loves what she does. She treated Skye like her very own. I felt completely at ease leaving him with her and would definitely book again! Thank you Kristen!

Coppers third stay with Jennifer and Brent was just great! In addition to the untied freedom of running in their back yard Copper gets special attention, frequent walks, and freedom to explore their home. We liked the daily updates and photos showing his fun times and flaked-out times. We will continue to use Jennifer and Brents services when we are in St. Catharines and we know Copper's looking forward to his next visit in their home. Genevieve was absolutely wonderful with our Fitz. She sent photos and updates often and Fitz got all the attention plus some. She is very kind and patient. One has to be when owning or watching over a Frenchie. Would highly recommend and will use her again.

Bella stayed for one overnight with Monique and seemed to have a great time! We appreciated the photo updates and enjoyed our getaway knowing Bella was being well cared for. Thank you for taking good care of Bella :)

Naomi was super friendly and cared well for my dog. She left messages about how BooBoo was doing which put my mind at ease. She has a big fenced in yard that BooBoo enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Jamie is amazing! We were anxious for leaving Burfi with a sitter as this was her first time away from home, but Jamie made the entire process so smooth and comforting for both us and Burfi. We first did a meet and greet to ensure Burfi was a good fit and they both jelled like PB&J from the get go! We brought over a lot of Burfi's belongings over and Jamie even helped us set it up in her home to ensure Burfi felt right at home. She provided regular check-ins through photos, videos and calls and ensured Burfi was fitting in well throughout her stay. Jamie is a god send. We will definitely book a stay again! 😊

Highly recommend! They were all so great with Tuna, even hand fed him when he was a little nervous to eat out of his bowl. Gave me plenty of updates and were accommodating with last minute changes when I needed to pick him up at a different time than initially scheduled.

The trial overnight visit went well. Dudley had a hard time with settling at night because everything was different for him. Jolene toiletted him and then got him to settle. It was heartening to see their daughter with Dudley waiting to greet us with Jolene, when we picked him up.. We have booked a longer stay with these folks. Jolene does everything she can to ensure the visit goes well from helping with the booking to caring for Dudley. We look forward to getting to know them better.

I highly recommend that you book with Samantha to care for your pet. We had a serious situation recently when another sitter fell ill at the last possible moment, placing an important trip in jeopardy. Samantha graciously agreed to welcome our dog Roscoe into her loving home and family, last minute. We are so thankful for Samantha’s care of Roscoe in all regards. Her kind nature put us at ease the moment we met her. He was super healthy and happy when we picked him up. She communicated throughout the process with updates and pictures daily, which was comforting and reassuring. We are lucky and glad to have had a wonderful pet sitting experience with Samantha and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Samantha!

Kirsten took such good care of Dottie, but she was also really helpful to us as well. We came from out of town, and Kirsten gave us suggestions for hotels, food, and plenty of things to do in Niagara. She took amazing pictures of Dottie, and truly understood how much we love our dog! Kirsten is incredibly reliable and communicates thoroughly so I was never worried or wondering about Dottie. We can’t recommend her enough!

Charlene was wonderful with our dog Kevin! She sent lots of pictures and videos while we were away. She took care of him as if he was her own and we truly appreciate her. Highly recommend booking with Charlene, fast correspondence, a true gem
