Emily was absolutely incredible with my cat, Carrot! From the very beginning, she was communicative, professional, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond not only for Carrot, but for our home as well. She made sure Carrot was happy and well cared for, and she kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she truly cares about the animals she looks after. We came home to a relaxed, happy cat and a home that was better than we left it. I always get nervous leaving our kitties in someone else’s care. Our female kitty is very skittish and takes some extra attention but Amanda knew exactly what to do! She was patient and attentive with both cats. She sent lots of pictures and went above and beyond to make our kitties feel special while we were away.
