House Sitting in North Gates

Lavinia house sat for us to watch our 65 lb dog and did a wonderful job! Our dog had a great weekend and she left everything in tip top shape. She was very communicative and flexible with the needs of our dog and even dealt with a dead animal he killed 🙃. She took it all in stride and was wonderful to work with. We will absolutely book her again! Highly recommend!!!

Nikole is incredible! We have a pretty nervous and slightly reactive pup. Nikole was so patient with him, she gave him his space and earned his trust. She also did an amazing job of keeping these nervous pup parents updated. We received so many great photos, videos, and stories. Thank you Nikole!!!!

I was up for my daughter’s wedding in Rochester, NY and needed a sitter in-house for 10/5 (Thursday). We are new dog owners of a 7 month old Boston terrier buddy and from Charleston, SC. We have never had a sitter and was our 1st time using Rover. Barbara was prompt responding and confirming her availability right away. She answered all my questions up front and I felt comfortable going with her to watch buddy. She arrived into and my husband and I were both very happy with her. She sent us frequent texts, pics and videos through the day of their time together. Buddy was very happy and had fun. I highly recommend Barbara for anyone looking for a great pet sitter. We were very pleased with our 1st use of rover and using someone in another state to boot.

Alicia was great! From the initial meet and greet, she made me feel extremely comfortable and I can tell how much she loves dogs. During our first overnight, she sent me pics of my babies and kept me up to date! I will be using her services again!

Portia took such great care of our injured pup while we were out of town! She’s great about sending photos and updates everyday. I completely trust our pup with Portia - can’t recommend her enough!

Nicole sat our dog, 2 cats and bird for a few days at our home and everything went great! My shy cat was immediately rubbing on her during the meet and greet, which has never happened! Her communication was excellent and she seemed to truly care for our pets. We would absolutely recommend booking with Nicole!

Nisha is a great petsitter. When she came in for a meet & greet, my dogs warmed up to her immediately. When I was gone, she kept me updated with messages & photos of my dogs. She followed my directions on how to care for them & once again, she did a great job.

Teri is absolutely outstanding. I created a rover account years ago but was always too nervous to use it but eventually, it was a totally necessity. Teri was beyond professional, the house look completely unlived in from how we had left it, she texted us pictures without being asked and ensure all three of our dogs were happy while we were gone. They are all healthy and much less stress than any other time we have had people watch them. I 100% recommend Teri and will absolutely be reaching out to her again.

Sandra did an amazing job with our Max for 3 nights at our house. She gave daily updates with pictures and the house was clean when we got home. We look forward to using her again.
