Kimberly did an amazing job with our cat. In the past he has been shy around new people but he seemed to take to Kimberly immediately, the pictures shared made it look like he was treating her the same why he interacts with us, curling up next to her and requesting to be petted. We appreciated the constant communication on how he was doing giving us peace of mind and letting us enjoy our trip rather than spend it worrying about the cat.

Second time Julia helped out our three cats. She managed to get them all fed despite their strange tendencies. She was also great with providing updates and even cleaned up for us when Levi had some vomiting. 10/10 would recommend!

Samantha is professional, polite, responsive and very easy to work with. She provides excellent care for all of our animals, especially our diabetic cat with a high thyroid that requires extra attention! Chelsea was absolutely amazing! This was my first time using Rover, and I was unsure of the process and booking procedures. But once I met with Chelsea, she was very professional and listened to what I needed for my trip. I had booked her and went on a two-week vacation - and I felt very comfortable within the first couple of days, as Chelsea had went above and beyond, feeding my four cats and bird and providing exceptional updates with photos and messages.
