Bill was very kind and sent me photos of my cat Clover. However the contractor repairing my house told me he was only here for 5-10 minutes while I expected him here for half an hour. Since he charges less than the other caretakers, I don't him that much for that.
Caroline was wonderful! She was very conscientious and always kept me up-to-date on how my kitties were doing. She took lots of pictures, and my cats were very content when I got back.
