Therese is a great communicator and very professional. She handled a glitch in our security system with a steady poise and outlook. Hopefully our extremely shy cats will warm up a bit as we would definitely request her services again!

An amazing experience, Sophie was very attentive and helpful. It’s a great sign when you start to look forward to the check-in updates even while on vacation. I definitely recommend and will be having Sophie take care of Pine in the future!

Amy & Shawn & Chloe did a great job with my two kitties, checking in on them every day and reporting how they were doing. They were patient with my anti-social cat and gave lots of attention to my social girl. When one sitter wasn't feeling well there were two more to fill in so my cats lacked for nothing. This was my first time using Rover which was recommended by my daughter. From the time I met Emily at the welcome visit I was totally comfortable with her and her experience. During my weeks stay she kept me up to date and even sent photos which was remarkable as my cat usually hides. She was able to administer his medication as well. Michele me really helped out for a last minute drop in on my cats. She also did us a favor and brought in a perishable package too. Best part was that the cats approved too ☺️
