Dog Boarding in Penfield

Amy did such a great job watching our dog, Ferbie. She was great at communicating and was quick to ask any clarifying questions. We were sent pictures of Ferbie throughout his stay and he looked so content and happy. We truly enjoyed how much they cared for our dog.

Daniel is a wonderful caretaker for our senior dog. Our pup is a fussy eater which requires a little extra food prep for our pup. There is also has a large backyard and a younger Lab to provide playtime outside. Although our dog is not permitted to sleep in our bed, Daniel allows our dog the luxury of lounging and sleeping on his bed. Our pup came home, well fed, happy and very tired.

Jennifer accommodated us SUPER last minute and it was the day after Christmas! The communication was amazing and I felt so secure with Genny being there. we got lots of pictures and she had so much fun :) i hope to book another stay when we are back home in Rochester

Amy is professional, skilled and kind. She shared daily updates and appreciated all my pet's quirks. She has worked with many pets and understands animals. She enjoys them, too. My pet was absolutely spoiled.

Kimberly and her family were great with our dog. I had a bit of a last minute request and they were flexible and accommodating. Sent several pictures of our boy throughout his short stay looking very comfortable. Glad to have tried them and will definitely use again!

Marie was absolutely wonderful. Fast response time, plenty of communication throughout our dog’s stay with her, and incredibly cared for. We won’t need to look anywhere else as long as Marie is free!

Dennis and Melinda were wonderful to our boy. They sent pics and videos daily that clearly showed Reb having a great time. Dennis and Reb bonded so well that when we picked him up he watched out the back window till Dennis was out of sight. This was our first time using Rover. We have already recommended Dennis and Rover. We highly recommend Dennis and Melinda for your sitter . They will love and take care of your 4-legged kids like they were their own kids. Thank you again to both of them for all the love they gave to Reb for 9 nights ! We will definitely use them again, they were awesome !!!

Lesley was amazing! We were unsure about leaving our Teddy with a stranger, but immediately after meeting her we felt comfortable. She took him for many walks, sent us many pictures, and even dealt with his sometimes feisty personality. We will be using Lesley again!

Julia is very easy to communicate with and accommodated a last minute change in my plans. She brought Lady for a long walk to enjoy the nice weather and even let her sleep in bed. We look forward to seeing her again!

Lola had a wonderful stay . Was very happy. She had frequent walks and lots of pictures. We were so pleased with the way Elizabeth cared for our very senior dog !

Cara and Dan are always amazing! They took great care of our pup, sent daily pictures and updates and are always accommodating with our schedule. Our dog is always happy to see them and seems comfortable in their house. We have trips coming up that we will need a sitter and they will be our first choice. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Another repeat stay with Lourdes and we were totally satisfied. We were updated several times a day and every day by videos and photos. I reluctantly leave my dog when I get away but was truly able to relax seeing how Lourdes really takes a dog into her home and treats them like family. She understands how it feels and is very committed to making sure your dog is safe, happy, eating, (pooping) 🤭and having a nice time. Very grateful for Lourdes’s kind, compassionate care of Lucy. Thank you! 😊

Tori was awesome! Our dogs got along very well! She came home happy and exhausted! We will definitely book Tori again!

For our first experience Natha was great! Made us feel very comfortable leaving our Bella with her! She sent updates & pictures which helped calm my nerves lol would reccomend her !

Jen was such an awesome sitter for our dog Olive. She was extremely accommodating and quick to respond so we felt very comfortable leaving Olive in her care. We received a few pictures during her stay and Olive looked right at home! She was tuckered out the next day so we know she had a great time with Jen. We would recommend Jen to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter and will definitely be booking with her again!

Lauren and her family were wonderful. She accepted my request despite the relatively short notice and accommodated my active labradoodle with a good run in a neighbor's fenced in yard. Everything about the experience - for me and my dog - was positive! Happy to recommend enthusiastically!

This is the second time we have had Ada and Micheli watch our dog Piper. We hope to never have to use anyone else! They are so sweet to our senior dog and take great care of her. They send multiple photos and updates everyday and we have full confidence piper is in good hands.

Xiting made our first experience with Rover easy and seamless. She sent pictures during the weekend and our dog ate her food while there and came home unstressed and happy to be back home.
