Dog Boarding in Penfield

Amy and Shawn did a great job looking after my energetic puppy. They followed my directions and sent lots of photos while she was with them. Very happy with my boarding with them!

Great communication, we could tell Belle was loved and take care of while we were away.

Daniel spoiled our senior pup! She was well cared for, had a doggie friend for play, and a lovely big fenced yard for play. The home and yard were clean and well cared for.

Jennifer and husband were phenomenal. She was extremely responsive, and very understanding. They were great about sending photos and coordinating times/schedules. Could definitely tell my dog wanted to stay longer and will be using her again in the future !

Kimberly was a wonderful sitter for our two dogs. She sent picture updates, and I could tell they were happy and well-cared for during their stay. I would definitely recommend her services, and look forward to bringing Jack & Penny by again next time they need a place to stay!

Where do I even start. Leslie was an excellent host! She was very attentive to our dog’s needs and continuously updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. She took him on multiple walks a day and he seemed very happy and comfortable with her. Leslie was very patient and reassuring. One of our biggest concerns was our dog being difficult to manage due to his unpredictably. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. I would definitely book her again!"

Dennis and Melinda were amazing, we highly recommend them. Our original plan for dog care during our wedding fell through relatively last minute, but Dennis and Melinda came to the rescue. We spent 30 minutes at drop off making sure our pup was settled in, they had a huge box of toys ready for Oakley to explore, and they asked all the right questions to make sure they knew everything they needed. Consistent and timely communication, and lots and lots of pictures that let us relax on our wedding day knowing our dog was in good hands. Thanks again!

Amy was very caring for our dog. He came home happy and tired and with a new favorite toy. I would recommend using Amy to watch your pet with no hesitation.

Another repeat stay with Lourdes and we were totally satisfied. We were updated several times a day and every day by videos and photos. I reluctantly leave my dog when I get away but was truly able to relax seeing how Lourdes really takes a dog into her home and treats them like family. She understands how it feels and is very committed to making sure your dog is safe, happy, eating, (pooping) 🤭and having a nice time. Very grateful for Lourdes’s kind, compassionate care of Lucy. Ada and her partner were wonderful and treated Layah with so much care and love. They were very responsive and sent tons of pictures. 10/10 would recommend them for you’re fur baby!

We love Cara & Dan. Sebastian’s is always excited to see them & makes himself at home with them. They sent lots of updates and treat Sebastian as if he was their own. We’ve used them many times and can’t wait to have them watch Sebastian again

Amy was great! I brought my dog and my moms dog to her for the weekend and I was happy and relieved to hear about how well they did at her house. I’ll definitely be going back to her in the future. :)

Jose was so friendly and wonderful. He was very communicative with us, and flexible since we booked sort of last minute. He sent us a photo of Poe in the yard, and she looked perfectly happy. Jose made this first experience with Rover great! He responded quickly to all messages and answered all questions that we had. We would definitely recommend Jose to others.

Kevin and Jessica were so warm and welcoming when Addy and I went to the meet and greet and I was assured her stay with them would not be an issue. They asked all of the right questions and I could tell they were experienced and capable sitters. While she was with them they sent many photos and it was clear she was having a great time with them! I would definitely use them again!

Xiting made our first experience with Rover easy and seamless. She sent pictures during the weekend and our dog ate her food while there and came home unstressed and happy to be back home.
