Kristen was absolutely wonderful with our four cats, each with a mind of his or her own. I highly recommend her for even the most challenging situation.

Sherri was amazing!! She was able to accommodate me last minute and provided such great care to my little Ariel.

Erica took such good care of our cats while we’re away. I really loved seeing photos of our cats and the updates right away. We felt very comfortable with Erica caring for our cats in our home.

Jillian watched my Vizsla while I was away for work and took the BEST care for him! She sent me daily pictures and updates and was super communicative and reliable. My dog absolutely LOVED her and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Pam was excellent with our Frenchie! She provided so many picture updates from her visits with him. And gave a detailed report each time. It gave us peace of mind while we were away. She was also very caring about the fact that he is unable to be walked in heat, and assessed the temperature before walking him each day.

Courtney and Caleb were wonderful. They spent some quality time with our baby, Chloe (cat). They went above and beyond in assisting us with additional favors requested while we’re out of town. They did all of this over the Thanksgiving holiday week. Will definitely reach out to them next time we need help.

Lee is a fantastic sitter! She is very responsive to all communications and goes out of her way to be helpful in any way. She obviously loves animals and truly enjoys caring for them. She did a great job in following all instructions provided and spent a good deal of time giving our kitty lots of pets while we were gone. We will definitely rebook Lee in the future!

This was our first experience with Rover or any online pet care company. I can’t say enough good things about Kirsten. I received notifications and photos throughout the week and comments on how our pet was doing which is so reassuring when being away from them. I was relieved to know that our pet got comfortable with Kirsten and most likely looked forward to her visits. Kirsten is reliable and responsible and I would highly recommend her. Our cats for another great vacation from us thanks to Jenn! Jenn made time for us last minute again, kept us in the loop when things changed on her end to let us know she could spend even more time with them, and even drove all the way back to drop off one of their favorite toys that she accidentally left in her pocket from one of the many play sessions. Can't say enough good things! Everyone in this house furry or otherwise are very happy when Jenn is available to stay! 🥰
