Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Pittsford

We had a long trip planned and I was anxious to leave our geriatric dog for so long! But Matt was in touch with his updates, photos and answers to my questions while we were gone. Made me much less anxious, and the pictures helped me see her sweet face! Thanks Matt!

Kasia was wonderful. She was prompt for every visit and sent along great feedback. We asked to add visits and she helped us with that. We loved the pictures she sent, too. Our 1 pup is shy and needs meds and she was gentle with him and made sure he was well cared for. We will definitely use Kasia again. ❤️

Amy is such an amazing cat sitter, she goes above and beyond my expectations every day. Not only does she take care of my two elderly kitties, giving them their injections and ear medications, and she also takes care of things in the house as well! I hated leaving them behind but when I got back I found them happy and well attended to. Love this team, Amy and Chloe! Thank you so much for all you do!

Rachel did an amazing job with my anxious pup. She came to our first meeting having already read my profile and care instructions and asked great questions - that really impressed me. During her drop in visits, she was patient and let my dog warm up to her slowly which really paid off - he was so calm and happy with her by the end of the visit. She took good pictures and sent me regular clear updates. I would highly recommend Rachel!

Therese cared for my cat twice daily for a week. She was wonderful! Her check-ins on Rover.com were detailed; this really put my mind at ease. She followed my instructions to the letter. When I returned, my cat looked happy and healthy. From the notes and photos, I could tell that they both enjoyed their time together. :) I will absolutely engage her services again!

Alexandra did such good job caring for our elderly cat she's a great photographer too. Our cat was relaxed and happy when we returned, which is especially good for such an anxious old feline!

Sophie was able to watch our dogs last minute! She’s super reliable and communicative and leaves the best notes and pictures. I had no worries at all leaving our dogs with her for the first time and I will be scheduling her again soon!

If I could give six stars, I would! Sari is so great and thoughtful about every aspect of care. My favorite sitter ever. As a nervous cat dad, I truly appreciate the extra mile she goes with all of Arwen’s likes and her idiosyncrasies. Will definitely hire again. 😁👍

Emily did an amazing job! Her kindness and attentiveness were above and beyond. Annie is an anxious dog and Emily was clearly attuned to that, her calm caring demeanor was a definite asset. I highly recommend Emily as a pet sitter. I will definitely use her again should an occasion arise.

Lauren is a fantastic sitter that was flexible, prompt, and professional. She made sure my cat was checked in on and played with daily - even in a winter storm and on Christmas! I will absolutely be using her services again and would recommend her to anyone needing pet care

Tracy is wonderful!! She has been watching my parents cat for a while now, and I was lucky enough to get her for our last trip. She searched all around the house to find our cat, Penny, to send a picture!! We will definitely be booking with her again!!

We love Emily!! And so does our puppy Bear! Emily has been our main Rover person since we first got Bear in March, and we’ve been so lucky to have her. She’s always on time and does everything exactly how we ask. I trust her completely and we can’t wait until she’s back :) we will continue to use her!!
