Cat Sitting in Poestenkill

This was my first time using Rover. Heather B. was amazing! She cared for my two cats for 7 days, 1x/day. The daily timing of visits was consistent with what was agreed upon. The photos and notes she posted were so complete and helpful that I really felt comfortable with my decision to use Rover, and especially picking Heather B. This experience has helped inspire me to travel more, knowing my kitties are in good hands!

I’ve had Jose watch our senior cat for the Christmas holiday and now a long weekend. He is always prompt with communicating to me and sends great photos. It seems like our grouchy cat likes him a lot so we will happily continue to use him as available and would recommend!

We tasked Larry with a last minute booking for our two kittens. He did amazing with them and followed all instructions. He was very respectful of our apartment as well. Will definitely book again!

Hannah did an amazing job taking care of our kitties over the holidays! She got to know them and their quirks/personalities very quickly, and did a great job with our senior cat. Provided excellent updates and photos, and a lot of peace of mind for us while we were out of town!

Linda was a great help with my cats while I was on vacation. Although Felix and Oscar, my 2 kittens downstairs tried to hide from her in the beginning, with a few more days, she would have won them over completely. My older cat, Lucy warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed being fed her churu treats each day. Linda took great care to clean up after my cats and made sure they had plenty of food and water. I would recommend Linda to other nervous pet owners like myself as she provided me with peace of mind while I was away. I will definitely use her again if she is willing.

While I was admitted to the hospital for six days, I knew my cat, Logan, needed more than just someone to stop by and fill his bowl—he needed companionship, playtime, and someone to ensure his environment was safe and comfortable. Glenmary went above and beyond, not only taking incredible care of Logan but also easing my own worries. Her updates, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I’ve already booked her again, and she will be my number one sitter moving forward. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and reliable pet sitter!

Tiffany managed to give my cat his meds each time it was required - something I can’t always do! He’s sneaky and he hides…so well done! She met with me in advance and took notes, did a great job. We’ll rebook so I definitely recommend Tiffany!

I would love to have Larissa watch my two cats for me again! Very respectful and trustworthy. She sent daily updates and pictures which I greatly appreciated. It’s nice being away and knowing my pets and home are well cared for.

Suzanne did an excellent job with drop-in visits for my 2 kitties! She sent photos & updates each day which was terrific & greatly appreciated. My security system showed her arriving at my requested times which was important to me. Our meet & greet, prior to her pet sitting for me, went extremely well and I felt very confident leaving my kitties in her care. I gave her a cash tip at that time. My kitties do not like being boarded and were much happier being at home. I was so impressed with Suzanne's caring and friendly attitude that I will hire her for all my future getaways. Emily and her husband looked after my cat while I was away on vacation and they were great! Always communicated clearly and sent me lots of pictures every visit. Its always hard to leave for a while but I felt much better knowing how well my cat was being taken care of while I was gone!

Julia asked all the right questions, gave our cat a great environment and offered to separate or integrate him with her pets depending on what we wanted. We got great pictures of him enjoying himself in his temporary home.
