Dog Boarding in Port Byron

Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions, and for being flexible with drop off/pick up times. Appreciate the photos, dogs looked like they were loving playing with the other guests!

Our dog Freckles really enjoyed spending time with Kimberly. She was attentive to all his needs. She communicated every day with us about how he was doing, and sent us pictures which we really appreciated.

Kristen went above and beyond with our dog Banjo. She took him on a drive to a local park to give him a nice evening hike when he was done being around the other doggies. It was a very personalized touch and above and beyond what was expected for a single overnight stay. Banjo was happy to see me and hop in the car but was obviously well cared for when in Kristen’s charge. He even gave her a couple of good bye kisses through the open window of the car at our departure. We would highly recommend leaving your fur baby in her care. 🙂

Polina is truly WONDERFUL. Blanche loved her so much she whined in the car when we left looking for her. Polina treated my puppy like her own and took her on so many walks. Her communication was perfect — she sent photo updates and kept me up on what Blanche was doing. She’s the only sitter I’ll use from now on!

Absolutely wonderful family to take care of my dog ! Professional all the way but with all the touches and love my dog could need while away from me . From photo and video updates to the beautiful accommodations my dog loved his stay with Dan and Theresa I really think he’s a bit sad tonight missing them! They went out of their way trying different techniques which worked to make Griffins stay amazing and comfortable. I’ve found a great kennel I can trust with my best friend and a place he’s safe and well cared for.

Stacey exceeded our expectations. She was easy to communicate with and took very good care of our Sadie. We received pictures showing Sadie happy, playing, and going on walks. I knew she was in good hands with Stacey while we were gone for the weekend. I will absolutely be booking again with Stacey!

I'm so happy that I found Dixie to take care of my small dog Winnie. She was so caring and kept me up on Winnie's condition everyday. Dixie also is able to get cute pictures (I have a hard time doing that!) Winnie has sleep habits that not everyone will accommodate, so I appreciate what Dixie did for me. Thank you Dixie!

Super thankful for the great care! My dog had a rough night and Susan handled everything with so much patience. Really kind, understanding, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Sam was good about communication and sent regular updates with pictures. She was willing to accommodate us if or pick up time had to change. Sadie was a happy dog!

Alara is amazing! She was great with Bert and communicating with me and updating me on how he was doing! She has a great space for dogs and is so friendly and caring about their needs.

Rachel has been great she sends updates every day and responds quickly to texts , Paya had a great time with her thank you for the care you provided ?

Karen is awesome, and a great sitter for our lab. Not only is our dog safe, he has a fun time. We don't need to worry when he is with Karen. We can tell he loves her and was very happy from the videos we received.

Georgianne did a wonderful job with my emotional needy dog. She sent pictures of him while I was on vacation, and it helped ease my mind. I would definitely book with her again! Thank you

Jocelyn was absolutely amazing with my Stormi. She definitely eased my mind since this was my first time being away from her do that long. She sent me updates with pictures and videos through out the day. I was nervous about her sleeping at night so I got her calming chews and she didn’t even need them. Stormi was able to play with another dog which she doesn’t get a home since she’s the only pet. I really appreciate Jocelyn and all the communication. Stormi truly looked like she had a great time!

Leah boarded our fur baby for over a month at her place while we were traveling. She & her family was extremely loving & caring taking care of Pax.we were worried how Pax is going to be as we have never left him at anyone’s care except for our family members. Wirh all the warmth and affection she and her family poured onto him, he immediately got attached to them. Leah constantly provided us tons of pictures of Pax and wrote about what he has done. This put both of us at ease and we plan on boarding Pax at Leah’s place for all our upcoming trips. She & family is such a pleasure to talk to and are extremely. We thank our stars that we found her.

Lateef was good about sending updates and my dog had a great week. Will book again.
