Victoria went above and beyond to take care of our kitty—over the holiday season and regardless of a blizzard that made travel difficult, she showed up! The updates and photos were so appreciated and thank you for bringing in our packages and deliveries too. Highly recommend and will book with her again!

We experienced some technical issues with our automatic litter unit, and she communicated with us effectively to ensure the cats were taken care of and that we understood what was happening at home.
