From the moment we met her, her calm demeanor and genuine care for animals put us completely at ease. She arrived on time, followed our pets’ routines to a T, and went above and beyond to ensure they felt comfortable while we were away. When our dog wasn’t feeling well one evening, she even canceled her own dinner plans to stay and monitor him — a gesture that spoke volumes about her sense of responsibility and compassion. Katherine was very attentive to both our pets, and it was clear that their well-being was her top priority. She kept our home spotless and maintained clear, thoughtful communication throughout our trip - a tremendous help in reassuring us. Her care for living beings goes far beyond “just a job.” We feel so grateful to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and deeply responsible pet sitter.

Having Heidi check-in our our 3 cats gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. She went above and beyond to assure that they (and our plants) got the care they needed and we would entrust her to look after our kitties the next time we travel.
