Doggy Day Care in Rochester

Highly recommend! So sweet and kind to my little furry girl. Updates me throughout the day on her well being and my girl is always so happy! Promyse loves drop offs so much. Grateful to have found her a safe and loving daycare! :) thank you guys so much. <3

Andriana watched our young puppy on several days where we'd be gone for the whole day. We did a meet and greet to make sure everyone got along. She was flexible with drop off/pick ups. We got pictures. And our pup seemed very happy with the process too! Would definitely recommend!

Barbara was great to work with! She was responsive to our texts and very open to our schedule. She sent pics of our dogs during the day and informed us when she noticed one of our dogs limping. (that dog is old and the limp is a known thing.) We would definitely book with her again!

We would recommend Mark to anyone and everyone! I agree with all of the great things previous reviewers have said, and will add that Mark is definitely the best experience we’ve had with any sitter on Rover. He prioritizes safety and knows how to read a dog’s personality and temperament. This helps ensure they have the best stay possible. He communicates well and reliably responds to text messages. He’s also very flexible and worked with our schedule. Mark’s dog, Osa, was a good companion to our dogs. Even our young dog, who was a little stressed with the new situation, was pulling us back into Mark’s house the next day we were dropping off. Mark definitely treats your pet as his own, and we’d trust him with our pets again.

Alison was very warm and friendly and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She was communicative, accommodating, and made sure our dog had an enriching time!

Emily was very professional - on time, sent photos during the day - and was genuinely interested in Benny's welfare. She had a very nice dog of her own who shared time with Benny. I would definitely request her services again!

My Finn is so nervous around new people and situations that I was anxious about leaving him. Mary Ann and her daughter were absolutely wonderful with him. Mary Ann sent me pictures all day and that allowed me to relax and enjoy my day. I was thrilled when I picked him up and he seemed so comfortable. I would definitely ask Mary Ann to watch Finn again should the need arise.
