Bill was very kind and sent me photos of my cat Clover. However the contractor repairing my house told me he was only here for 5-10 minutes while I expected him here for half an hour. Since he charges less than the other caretakers, I don't him that much for that.
Randi is trustworthy and great with our pets. We have really valued the care she has shown to our cats while we are away.
