I traveled with my 5-year-old pug, Joy, not realizing how hot it would be outside. I needed a last-minute sitter, and I’m glad I found Yi L. He was kind, easy to reach, and took great care of her while I was outside. Thank you!

Lauren was wonderful with Sophie. Since this was her very first time being away from home staying with someone, we were worried. But Lauren sent me multiple pictures of Sophie that made me feel better and Sophie and Lauren's puppy, Andy, got along well. That was wonderful. We had unexpected delay to pick her up but Lauren was so flexible and nice. So happy puppy and happy mama are reunited in the end. Thank you, Lauren and Andy!

They were very responsive and accommodating. My request was last minute. I had not used Rover before, so I was a little worried, but Jerol was very reassuring and an obvious dog lover with a lot of experience. I highly recommend.

Kathryn gave Jack the best possible care and attention watching him yesterday. He came home pooped which is exactly how I needed him to be!

My dog Dublin had a wonderful afternoon at Maryellen's home! We had a meet and greet with her dogs, Lex and Nitro, that went really well. Maryellen sent pics throughout the afternoon indicating all was going well, and Dublin was a good dog. Well, he sure had fun! He was wiped out that night as well as the next day. I was told they played well all afternoon. I will surely be bringing Dublin back for a return visit!

Jeff was fantastic. He spent the time to get to know me and my dog before we even booked. He has a genuine love for dogs and it really shows. Jeff was on-time for pickup and drop off and kept me updated through pictures and videos throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Ruffles had a great time at Jeff’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him take care of Ruffles again.

I was extremely nervous when my husband and I both ended up with evening engagements and needed someone to look after our new puppy, but from first contact, Kimberly was so sweet and reassuring. She took the time to ask lots of questions about our dog, his likes and dislikes, and, our care concerns for him. She was very flexible and accommodating. She made sure to send lots of updates and videos throughout the day so we knew he was having fun and doing well. He really seemed to enjoy his time with her, I wouldn’t hesitate to let her watch our little guy again.

Karol, thank you so much for the wonderful care you provided to Sasha! We truly appreciate your attentiveness to her needs throughout the day. The pictures were a wonderful touch, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable she was. The location was also incredibly convenient for drop-offs, which made the whole process so much smoother. I especially appreciate that you don't cage dogs, as that was a very important factor for me when choosing a sitter. Sasha and I both feel so lucky to have found you, and we will definitely be calling you again for future care. Thank you again for being such a perfect fit for Sasha! (DD)
