Always contacted me on the status of my shy pets. Bonnie tried patiently to engage with Ravin and Gracie. She was successful, and shared this with me with messages and pictures. I felt confident leaving my pets with Bonnie via Rover. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Kate did a great job taking care of my cat on short notice, I have had her watch my cat before, and I would definitely have her watch him again!

Terry was great with my cats! My two cats are very timid and afraid of strangers, so when Terry came, they always made sure they were well hidden. Terry was very patient with them and made every effort to locate them every time. Though most of the time my cats just wouldn’t come out, Terry still stayed with them, talked to them, and tried to play with them for like an hour. Besides taking good care of the cats, Terry also cleaned up litters on the floor! I would definitely trust Terry to look after my cats again because I'm sure that they will be happy and healthy with her care!

Stephenie is awesome! She took such great care of our four cats and even kept an eye on the mail while we were gone. She sent cute, detailed updates at every visit and kept a regular schedule. Knowing our cats were in good hands helped us relax and enjoy our trip :)

Jenna was awesome. We have 4 cats, who all take meds at different times of day. Jenna was happy to accommodate all their different needs, feeding schedules, medications, and preferences. During the meet and greet Jenna clearly had experience with cats and they all took treats from her, even our shy one. And our anxious/mean one even came up and rubbed her hand so it showed that she was a calming presence. Jenna asked all the important questions and was happy to see our detailed instructions. After we left, she sent us reassuring messages and pictures of our fur babies so we knew they were fed and medicated. And even our shy one was pictured several times so we knew she was comfortable, fed, and medicated as well. We could not be happier! We don’t travel much, but if we do again, we will certainly be hiring Jenna again. Thanks so much Jenna!

Vincent did an excellent job taking care of our three cats. It is comforting to know I can trust him to do a great job should I need someone to watch them again.

Maria visited 4 times for 1\2 hour visits. Maria did exactly what we asked of her. She sent pictures to update us after each visit. I would recommend Maria based upon my experience.

Jacie was such a great help I found her last minute and she made my weekend so much better. I was able to enjoy myself knowing my cat was fed and played with twice a day while I was out of town. Jacie is such a sweetheart I recommend her to anyone who is in need of going away and doesn’t want to put there pet in a stay away place. I rather keep my pet at home where he is comfortable and taken care of thanks Jacie
