Anica was professional and reliable and great with our nervous pup Cookie who was in an unfamiliar environment (we were renting a house in Greenport). She took the time to meet Cookie in advance of our appointment and was very gentle and calming with her. She kept us informed about her visit with Cookie sending pictures and updates.
