Where do I even begin? This was my first time ever booking on Rover, and I was very nervous about the whole process. I booked Katherine for drop-in visits twice a day, and from the very start, she eased all my worries. She was incredibly professional, reliable, and caring. Katherine provided detailed updates after each visit, including pictures and notes, which reassured me that my pet was in great hands. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I could tell my pet felt comfortable and happy with her. Sarah is incredible!! Her professionalism and care is apparent the moment you meet her. My entire trip I never worried once about my kitty.
