Emily was absolutely incredible with my cat, Carrot! From the very beginning, she was communicative, professional, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond not only for Carrot, but for our home as well. She made sure Carrot was happy and well cared for, and she kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she truly cares about the animals she looks after. We came home to a relaxed, happy cat and a home that was better than we left it. I can’t say enough good things about Carolyn. She is always so helpful and accommodating to trip modifications due to unforeseen events. She is excellent with Ginny cat and I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver of my kitty.
