Nicole was very patient and understanding with our anxious cat who usually is stand-offish/reactive and hopped in Nicole's lap on day one! She has a lot of experience with cats in particular and understanding of specialized needs. Would definitely book her again!

She went the extra distance by jumping in when we had a last minute glitch upon coming home to our pup. We were so grateful to have updates with photos and texts.
