I can’t express enough how impressed Doug and I were with Janyl and the care of our 1 pup, Shelby. She came to our meet and greet with detailed questions and suggestions that calmed our worry for the care of Shelby. There were a few hiccups on our part of the service but she communicated right away and took care of them as well as cleaning a few things which she did not have to do but didn’t hesitate take care of. Omg where do I begin? Amber is THE BEST. She watched our 2 pups while we went away for a little getaway and I felt so comfortable and confident leaving them in her care!
