Sarah definitely meets all the basic requirements of timeliness, great communication, and following instructions super carefully. But she exceeds these basics with her general nature and her way with the animals. Either you’re a natural, or you’re not, and she’s a natural. One of my cats always hides and has never eaten more than a little kibble while I’m away, but with Sarah she not only came out of hiding, but also ate her moist feed .. in front of her. Sounds like not such a big deal….but it SO is!! I’m so very happy to have found Sarah, and will be sticking with her so that I can actually relax on my little getaways, knowing my fur family will be in such good hands. Came home to super chill, relaxed pets. Woo hoo! A++

Rose was great! First time with our very skittish cat "Roo" and she took to Rose right away. She clearly has a soft and caring heart for cats. Rose was prompt, communicative and very professional. Will be using her again in a couple of weeks when we are away for a few days.

Hannah was fantastic- from meet and greet, to the first visit! She took lots of pictures to update us, which eased our minds. The dogs absolutely loved her. Will definitely be using again!

Carolyn did a terrific job with our dog during the 5 days she watched him. He quickly warmed up to her and she was great about sending updates and spending extra time with him.

Sara was amazing! She was professional and on time to each feeding. I appreciated the way she listened to what we needed and took extra care of cat that has problems finishing all of her food.

Shaela was wonderful with our cat Daisy Mae. She was kind, communicative, flexible, and really helped to set our minds at ease while we were away. We will absolutely book her again.

Dana took such good care of my pup! He obviously enjoyed his time with her, because he is looking at me like where'd she go? Thanks Dana:)

So glad to have found Delia. She quickly responded to my visit request, and politely let me know when she was on the way. I hope to enlist her services more often in the future and recommend her to others.
