I've used Mandel twice now. I highly recommend him! He's a gentleman. I know that's a bit unusual to say, but that really sticks out to me. Also, he is always on time and is great with my elderly cat. I will always use him from now on!

I am very happy with Irene. She was professional, caring, and made sure my pets felt comfortable and loved. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Dayanara did exactly what I asked of her regarding the care of my two cats. She sent me updates and pictures over my weekend away, which washed away any of my anxiety regarding the well-being of my cats. Stephanie is amazing. I had never left my diabetic cat with anyone I’ve never known before and I was a nervous wreck going on a cruise with limited reception. Every time I turned on my phone I smiled at all the pics and videos to ease my mind. Unfortunately as a pet parent, one of my worst fears came true when my cat got very sick while I had no service (no fault of the sitter) but very scary as a pet owner. Stephanie immediately contacted the vet and took my cat there and handled Scamp like her own. I couldn’t have done a better job myself in that situation. The vet couldn’t contact me and didn’t want to begin without consent but Stephanie insisted. When I got service a few hours later everything was already being handled and my baby was back in their care a few days later. I’m so extremely grateful for her care. She loved my cat as if he were her own and I was able to pick up my baby today and I will definitely use her again in the future. If you are worried, and even if a terrible situation arises, know that Stephanie is the best person to have handle it. She even bought him other special diabetic treats to get him to eat afterwards (with permission). She updated me every step of the way with his eating, insulin, treats, litter usage, demeanor, and overall wellbeing. Thorough is an understatement for how she handled everything and even through everything she managed to help me stay calm and know my baby was being well taken care of. Stephanie is an amazing sitter and human being.

I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Seeing pics of Callie checking out the premises gave me such a sigh of relief. I definitely recommend Robin for your fur babies.

Regina was such a thoughtful, caring, and attentive sitter for our two cats. She sent pictures and video clips every day, and let us video call them when she could sense they missed us. She was considerate and kind, and I loved that she created a genuine connection with our babies, so much so that she will miss them. I highly recommend working with Regina. Thank you for making our week-long vacation worry-free!

Arianna did a phenomenal job while providing drop-in visits with my fur babies. She was quite attentive to their needs and showered them with lots of affection. One of my babies craved excessive affection and Arianna was patient enough to provide extra petting. In addition, she pays attention to details. and understood when one of my babies wasn't in the mood to be friendly. But because she didn't neglect him, but instead found ways to work with him, he eventually came around on her side. Arianna is a wonderful cat sitter. hence the reason why I gave her 5 stars. Therefore. without any hesitation, I highly recommend her as she proves that she loves what she does. Thank you Arianna. I appreciate you.

I can’t thank Avalyn enough for the incredible care she provided to my beloved cat, Thomasina. Thomasina is very shy and not quick to trust, and for the first 7 days of my trip, she hid in the closet—nervous, withdrawn, and clearly missing her routine. But Avalyn never once rushed her. She made sure Thomasina had food, fresh water, and a clean litter box nearby, gently checking in on her while giving her the space she needed. Avalyn’s calm, compassionate attitude and genuine love for animals make her a standout cat sitter.

Laura is awesome !!! She took care of my kittens while I was away on an extended overseas trip due to a family situation. My kittens loved Laura from the day they met her, her love for animals shines through. We went over the kittens’ schedule during the meet and greet and I was impressed with her attention to details. Laura is reliable, considerate and follows instructions carefully. She made sure that my kittens were clean, well fed, had fresh water and plenty of playtime. Leaving them in her care gave me complete peace of mind, my concerns vanished. I received updates with photos during the visits and it was very reassuring. Highly recommended !!!

Christy took great care of my rambunctious cat, Toby. She sent lots of updates on how he was doing, and I felt comfortable knowing he was in her care. I would definitely recommend her if you need a pet sitter

Thoselin took great care of my 2 boys while I was away. She took a lot of photos and made sure my cats have enough food and water. Litter box was also routinely cleaned and filled. I will definitely book her again the near future.
