Dog Boarding in Springfield Gardens

Robin was excellent!! This was my first time boarding my pup anywhere and Robin made me feel safe and comfortable to do so. She gave me daily updates through pictures and videos. My puppy seemed to love her stay especially being able to play with the other dogs. I would 100% book Robin again.

Awesome, awesome, awesome......Michele provide great care and love for Chi & Kash, she gave consist updates with pics of how the dogs were doing. Her whole family showed support and care the whole weekend. Chi and Kash were definitely in great hands .

I was very happy with the service provided for our pet Rocky. I was worried that he would be anxious and miss the family. But Rocky was friendly and comfortable with Xavier, they bonded almost immediately. Rocky was also comfortable around his other dogs. Xavier sent us videos and updates about how Rocky was doing and this made me feel assured. I highly recommend Xavier, he is sincere and great with our furry friend.

Yasmine was great with our fur baby. Constant communication, with videos and pictures. Definitely made us feel at ease while traveling. Will definitely book again!

I can’t thank Vanessa enough for the incredible care she’s given to Yoyo! Yoyo stayed with her for 21 days, and I had to extend the stay a couple of times due to unexpected travel changes. Each time, Vanessa was more than happy to continue helping, treating Yoyo with the same love and attention she gives her own dog, Oreo. She kept me updated multiple times a day, raised thoughtful questions and concerns, and even helped me arrange vet appointments as needed. Vanessa took Yoyo to the vet and the groomer, and she carefully administered ear drops to treat an ear infection. On a hot summer day, she even took Yoyo for a swim—her very first one! It’s clear that Yoyo has become happy, relaxed, and comfortable in Vanessa’s care. I’m so grateful for the warmth, responsibility, and love she’s shown. Truly the best!

We’ve used Jonisha a few times now, and she continues to be absolutely amazing with our dogs, Nene and Scrappy. She really knows their very different personalities and understands exactly how to treat each of them, which gives us so much peace of mind. I always feel completely at ease knowing they’re with her and her family. They treat Nene and Scrappy like their own—she even put adorable Christmas sweaters on them so they’d feel included with her two dogs! We always get plenty of pictures and updates, and it’s clear the whole family gives them so much love and attention. We’ll be using her again in the next couple of weeks, and she will always be our go-to sitter whenever we go away. Highly recommend!

Grace is a very nice, warm and caring person who provides a very safe and loving environment for your pet. Our dog Samie spent 10 days with her and loved her time with Grace and her family. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about Samie. We will use her again and definitely recommend her anytime.

I am leaving a 5 star review for Lorena. She is attentive and very fond of dogs. She dog sat my 3 year old beagle Ina for the weekend. This was the 1st time I had taken her there. Lorena kept me updated me with text messages, pictures and even videos on how Ina was doing. It made me feel at ease knowing she was being well taken care of while I was out of town. Ina enjoyed her too! Thank you Lorena! I would highly recommend her.

Amazing experience with Aritra. My Luna absolutely loves him. He treated her so well. She was extremely happy during her stay. I was very please with his service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Narly is sweet and kind. She suggested a meet and greet and it was a very nice meeting. We received daily pictures and updates. Our dog received excellent care and attention.

Words can’t describe how wonderful she is with our puppy. She really goes above and beyond for our puppy sends us pictures and keeps us updated on everything. She always answers ours texts promptly I could go on forever about Gracie she’s just amazing I will definitely recommend and use her every time.

Kristin is an amazing sitter! We were here to celebrate our anniversary with our fur baby. Kristin took great care of Wall.E, he enjoyed a lot. Will 100% board him again the next time we’re in town.

I have never left my cat, Dixie, alone before. I traveled overnight and was nervous at first. However, Denis was very communicative and reassured me that Dixie would be well-cared for, calming my nerves. Denis was warm and welcoming to both Dixie and me and sent photo and text updates every few hours. I truly felt that Dixie was in a safe environment. I would definitely recommend Denis to anybody who may be wary of leaving your fur baby alone!

Diane is an awesome dog sitter. I would definitely use her again to sit my dog Taco. She followed all my care taking instructions for Taco. Taco loved her!
