Rose gets 5 stars for reliability, flexibility with small changes, showing genuine caring, doing reasonable extra tasks when asked and especially communication. I felt my pets were safe in her care and that she would let me know if anything happened. I recommend her work without reservation and will surely hire her again at the next opportunity. Although there is no specific place on the rover app to talk about other pets than dogs and cats, Rose cared for our guinea pigs, hamster and chickens as well. No complaint.

Erik got the job done with our rather complex requirements, visiting the house twice a day. Would hire him again.

It was such a great decision to have Gladys and Liani take care of our cats! They proved to be extremely responsive, reliable, and punctual. When there was a car accident along the way, Gladys even checked in to let us know they would be a few minutes late. What really made Gladys and Liani stand apart from other sitters was their enthusiasm. It didn't seem like taking care of pets is just a job -- it seems that they genuinely love animals. Separately, while others made the initial scheduling process overly complicated, it was really easy to arrange everything with Gladys. Gladys and Liani earned our highest recommendation!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Hallie! She was incredibly attentive, thorough, kind, and comforting to both me and my cat kimchi! Kimchi loved her so much. I’d recommend Hallie to anyone in the Hudson Valley area!

Jessie did a great job. My cats get scared so unfortunately they hid, but she did everything we asked and we will definitely have her help us again the the future.

Barbara was very kind and sweet to my Daisy. She even bought her a new toy and played with her and send pictures everyday. My house was clean and her litter box was clean she was very well taken care of and I recommend her highly!
