Cat Sitting in Sycaway

Rachel was wonderful! Took great care of my Luna, great communication throughout, even went above and beyond to take care of a Roomba that likes to cause trouble and get stuck places... I will definitely ask her to cat sit for me the next time I am out of town!

We tasked Larry with a last minute booking for our two kittens. He did amazing with them and followed all instructions. He was very respectful of our apartment as well. Will definitely book again!

Linda was great. She came over and met my kitties and me before the booking. When it came to her visit she went above and beyond and did things that I didn't even ask her like clean their litter. She showed up promptly and took really great photos. I would recommend her and I will rehire her!

It’s rare to find someone who understands and cares for our cats -rescues and extremely shy-so well. She has an exceptional way of connecting with them, which was both heartwarming and made us feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Tiffany managed to give my cat his meds each time it was required - something I can’t always do! He’s sneaky and he hides…so well done! She met with me in advance and took notes, did a great job. We’ll rebook so I definitely recommend Tiffany!

Alessia was wonderful with our shy kitty! Willow came out on the second visit and felt confident enough to come out each visit after! This is the Second time that Emily and Tyler have helped me while on vacation. It is so important to have people you can trust in your home. They always make sure Missy my car is well fed and that her scoop box is clean. The pictures put a warm feeling inside, knowing my baby is safe

***FIRST TIME ROVER USER**** When my normal sitter became unavailable, unexpectantly, I had no idea what to do. I was at the point of not going away on my vacation because it was about a week away from leaving. This was my first time using Rover, and my anxiety was through the roof about the entire process and the idea of a stranger coming into my home. I chose Marybeth primarily based upon location, her photos of her and her pets and her age/experience. Upon meeting Marybeth, her overall kindness and genuine, sweet, friendly personality put me at ease immediately. She listened attentively to what my needs were and my animals routines, without trying to change or judge anything. She was promptly responsive to all of my communication prior to leaving for my trip and the duration as well. When meeting (2) of my (3) fur babies kitties (only because 1 is a scaredy cat and won't come out for anyone really), you could tell immediately that she has a love of cats and taking care of them appropriately and lovingly. I left instructions for her and she followed all of my requests (even non animal related, like bringing in my mail and checking on my refrigerator door that pops open). She was even kind enough to check on my hamster even though that was not part of the animals requested to watch. Every day while I was gone, she was on time, left me a happy little note about the status of everything and pictures of all my babies. Personally, the fear/worry/anxiety about leaving my babies as well as just someone coming in my home was enormous, and Marybeth really put that to ease for me. (I know I already mentioned that, but I figured for anyone reading this, who is on the fence about hiring through Rover). I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, kind, sweet person to take care of your precious family members while you are away. She even returned my key promptly upon my return. Thank you to her again. I am forever grateful for her.
