An amazing experience, Sophie was very attentive and helpful. It’s a great sign when you start to look forward to the check-in updates even while on vacation. I definitely recommend and will be having Sophie take care of Pine in the future!

Samantha did an amazing job taking care of our kitten Himiko while we were out of town for two days! She has excellent communication skills, usually replying to messages in just a few seconds, and sent us so many photos of Himiko to cheer us up while we were away. Samantha went above and beyond and we will definitely book her for our next vacation! <3

Deja was great! She took great care of my indoor/outdoor cat and provided very detailed accountings of the events of the day. She made me feel very comfortable that my cat was in good hands. She definitely took good care of him!

The kitties took an immediate liking to him, which helped. I kind of feel like they were disappointed that it was me that came through the door when I got back from my trip, instead of Zach.

Thanks for coming all the way to Fairport to look after my birds over Thanksgiving! They were happy and well fed when we got home.

I would recommend Carla H. in a heartbeat! She is responsible, very trustworthy, does exactly what she says she will do when she says she will, and more importantly, is very caring. Our cat, Cooper, is skittish with new people but she managed to set up a rapport with him early on. We felt like we were leaving him in good hands, and we were. Thank you ever so much Carla H.!
