Fantastic sitter! She was able to help me in a pinch SAME DAY. Sent lots of photographs and let me know how my sweet fur babies were doing. Very communicative. Helped me to understand how to navigate the app (not her job! Ha!) and was immensely gracious.

This was my first time using Rover and I couldn't be happier! Terry did a fantastic job taking care of my dog (Molly) while I was on vacation. While I was away on a cruise in the middle of the ocean, Molly fell ill (every dog owner's worst fear). Terry nursed Molly back to health, stayed with her to make sure was OK, and even purchased meds Molly needed to get better. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more caring, responsible sitter to take care of your pet in your absence.

Wow! What can I say...she was fabulous with our dogs, not only playing but attentive to their needs. She was also flexible if they needed more which luckily they didn't. I dont know if she makes all her dogs and dog people feel so special (my guess is yes) but she sure made us and our pups feel number #1 when we needed it!
