Jeff was fantastic! His love for animals was apparent from our first meeting, prior to me hiring him. Communication wise, he responds immediately and gives prompt updates. My dog is like a family member, and I feel Jeff understood that, which is very important to me. It’s the first time in a long time that I was totally at ease going away.

I was nervous about using Rover but Chelsea put me at ease right away. She was great at communicating, got there on time and send pics of my pup. I’d definitely book her again!
