Grace is very responsive on short notice requests and tends to be prompt in meeting the requested arrival time in providing her service. I’m happy she is the person looking after HissyFit!

She took the time to meet Cookie in advance of our appointment and was very gentle and calming with her. She kept us informed about her visit with Cookie sending pictures and updates.
