I'm SO sorry this took so long! Mikayla was wonderful! I needed last minute coverage and she was all over it. I received timely updates and pictures. She was very easy to communicate with and I was confident Remi was in good hands. I hope to use her again in the future.
My dogs were quite happy with her and I appreciated knowing they were in good hands while I stepped out.
Ben took the time to meet Lulu prior to his first visit and Lulu immediately took to him. He has a quiet, calm way with her and we feel comfortable having Ben do drop in visits. Everything went so well, Ben will also be staying with Lulu when we go on vacation next month.
Kari & Leslie continue to be amazing to work with! 10/10 communication & care provided for the fur babies. So glad that we found someone we can trust.
Nikki was absolutely amazing!! Extremely kind, thoughtful and responsible. My pup is my world, so leaving her alone while I was out of town was really hard. But Nikki took the time to get to know me and my baby. She was super responsive, and really set my nerves to ease. Most importantly, my baby seemed to have a wonderful time with Nikki! Between the pictures and the detailed descriptions, Nikki earned her trust and affection. Nikki quickly took great care of Bristol!! I will definitely reach out to her again when in the area!!!
