House Sitting in West Shokan

Olivia stayed at my house this weekend and watched my two labradors and one cat. She came over to meet them all a week before she was staying. The animals took to her immediately and I knew everyone was going to do well. She walked them twice for me AND sent me pictures. Olivia responded to texts in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Olivia others in need of a pet sitter!!

Gary and Paige are the kindest, most trustworthy and hardworking people you can imagine. Our pups are highly sensitive creatures that require a lot of attention, and Gary was able to navigate a serious situation between our two pups with compassion and professionalism. We feel so fortunate to have found Gary and Paige and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

Janice was amazing! She's a true animal lover. Our dogs had such an amazing time with her. Janice sent photos and messages to keep me updated on how they were doing. I didn't have to worry at all! Will def book her again soon! :)

Leo recently house sat for us and watched our two French bulldogs while we were away for the weekend. He did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough prior to the sitting and ensured he had gathered all the relevant details. During the sitting, he was communicative and provided regular updates on the boys. He definitely put our minds at ease while we were away. He also gave us a great recap in person when we got home. We will look forward to booking with him again!

Amy was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her. Me and my fiancé were very reluctant to go away for our anniversary, but we felt very relaxed with Amy staying with our dog Alex. She was extremely detail oriented, communicated often about Alex’s behavior/ food habits, etc. and took initiative. She was focused on his overall well being, his interests and sent us photos. Your dog will be in great hands with Amy!!!!

Aliza was without a doubt our savior earlier this month. We had a trip planned (our first big one since moving up to Beacon) and had to find someone on short notice when our original sitters had to cancel. We had never had someone house-sit for us before - and we do have a full house of 2 dogs and 2 cats, so I was very nervous to leave them and planned to cancel my trip and stay home. Fortunately I put my trust in Aliza's excellent reviews and after a meet and greet which she accommodated on very short notice I felt much more confident about going. And I am immensely glad that I did - Aliza put a ton of effort into making sure that all of the animals felt comfortable and well taken care of. She was very attentive and patient with all of their individual needs a communicated with us consistently to ask about specific care instructions or preferences. She sent us frequent updates (and pictures!) and checked in to make sure that she was doing everything right for them, and I could see that the whole crew of cats and dogs were very happy and well taken care of. She did a fantastic job and I felt very confident having her watching the house and all of the animals - by the end of the trip I was mostly worried about whether the cats and dogs would be excited to see us again. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Meg took excellent care of my dogs and my home and was attentive to my dogs’ needs. She is sweet and communicative.

Natalie has shown our dog the best time on a bunch of fun hikes and beautiful adventures when she house-sits. We’re so lucky to have her looking after our med-large energetic dog. She always leaves our home in perfect shape, too. Highly recommend.

Jodi was awesome! It was her first time taking care of our two dogs that are not easy to care for. Our 100 pound hound dog has trigger issues with other dogs and our lab/herder is 60 pounds (and issues with kids) so the two of them can be a challenge. I could tell immediately she was up to the task and also loved she's super active with hikes to wear them down. Jodi was super conscientious with her communication and also relaying how she was managing our dogs to make sure no issues arise. You can tell is a dog lover and also just a very honest and kind person, highly recommend!

Sophia was great with our dog Tuco. She kept us up to date and Tuco had a great time with her. Would highly reccomend.

Kathryn was nothing but amazing! She is a responsible, trustworthy, kind, reliable adult AND wonderful with my little guy. They visited the park, she took him to her home to hang with her dog, she took both dogs running in a field, and on and on. Needless to say, my dog had a great time and was exhausted when I got home! I'm sure happy Kathryn is around to do dog care!
