Marie was amazing from the get go. She was very thorough in our intro call, asking thoughtful questions about my Ovi. She kept me updated on how Ovi was doing regularly during his stay and she even went out of her way to modify Ovi’s diet because his stools were loose due to stress. At the end of Ovi’s stay, Marie packed Ovi leftover rice, pumpkin and chicken so we could continue to feed him and solidify his stools. Additionally, there was also obvious improvements with Ovi’s leash manners. I’m happy I boarded my Ovi with Marie and I am certainly coming back.

Truly home away from home. Maisie joins Alara and her family and has a joyous time. Alara takes real care, and updates are frequent. I trust Alara to take the very best and expert care of my doggie.

Xiting made our first experience with Rover easy and seamless. She sent pictures during the weekend and our dog ate her food while there and came home unstressed and happy to be back home.

Julia is very easy to communicate with and accommodated a last minute change in my plans. She brought Lady for a long walk to enjoy the nice weather and even let her sleep in bed. We look forward to seeing her again!

Annie had a great stay with Marylou! Marylou kept me posted on how Annie was doing. When Annie came home she seemed happy and well cared for. Will for sure use Marylou again!

Scout always has a great time at Rachel's and enjoyed lots of cuddles! She's been great with drop-off/pick-up times and I appreciate her care for my pup❤️ as a student it's sometimes difficult to find affordable care that's high quality and it's great to know that Rachel will always give him exactly what he needs! Thank you!!

Amy cared for both my 7yr old Lab and 4 month old Pug puppy like they were her own. She sent several photos to keep us updated, and was super responsive with any questions we had before and during our dogs stay. 100% recommended if your looking for someone to care for your pets.

Sara took care of our spaniel mutt, Finn, for ten days over the winter holidays. Communication was great with at least daily pictures, and she was gracious and flexible about drop off/pickup timing. It’s clear that Finn was treated like one of their family dogs, and he came home happy and healthy.

Melissa is the best! We came back home late for 1 day. Melissa totally understood and took care of our dog very well. We would ask her for help all the time.

Nikki and Noah were great! They watched my two golden doodles on short notice, sending pics and updates while I was gone. I highly recommend !

So great! Gave updates, gave my pup a bath because he got all dirty, and gave an envelope of nice things ( a picture , report card , treats and a thank you note ) when we picked fitz up. Very appreciative , I definitely recommend this sitter to others!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Amy, Shawn & Chloe went above and beyond to make sure Stella felt loved and cared for while I was away. Stella came home happy, healthy, and TIRED from all the play time. The communication was stellar, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. Stella and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend, and I will be rebooking!

Ferguson’s first sleep away and he was spoiled by Lourdes and her whole family. I received photos throughout the stay. Lourdes is very sweet and wanted me and Ferguson to be ok. It worked. Thank you!

Taylor is reliable, flexible, communicative, easy to work with and, best of all, loved by our dog! Our year old pup has stayed with Taylor twice. The second time, she nearly fell down because she was wagging her tail so hard as we approached the house.

Natha cared for my nervous 5 month old pup overnight and he seemed to do well, communication was good and I would use Natha again in the future :) thanks again

Another great stay with Jeffery. My 8 yr old German Shepard always recieves the perfect balance of activity and rest. Grateful for Jeffery's flexibilty and communication when traveling.

Cara and Dan did a wonderful job watching Luna. She had a great time and we got to see lots of photos of what she was doing while we were away. We will definitely have Luna stay with them again.

Lesley was amazing! We booked her last minute and she took EXCELLENT care of our Maximus, sent pictures and updates daily. Will definitely book anytime I’m in Rochester!
