Charlotte was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous because I’ve only ever had family take care of my cat while I was away. Charlotte made it easy to enjoy a few days away by being easy to communicate with, sending pictures of my kitty, and being prompt and professional. Our return flights were cancelled twice causing us to return 3 days later than planned. Jared was extremely accommodating in continuing to care for our pets until we returned and really eased our minds in a stressful situation. Cannot recommend high enough, Jared was dependable, professional, and caring. He will for sure be our go-to for any petsitting needs in the future.
She was great with my grumpy old boy! She gave him his shots, sat with to give him company, and made sure his area was clean every day.
Mike was great with our 5 kitties while we were away for a week. He made sure they had everything they needed as well as treats and toys/playtime every day. I will absolutely contact him the next time we travel!
