I can’t say enough good things about Kim! This was my first experience with Rover and she set the bar high. We will definitely be using her services again. Backstory- last Thursday I was 4 hours away from leaving for the weekend and my boarding fell through. Kim responded to my request via Rover almost immediate! Within a few hours she was at my house meeting my pup and making arrangements for the animals. (1 dog and 2 cats) She’s prompt, professional and friendly. We received updates and pics during her visits. The animals loved her too!

Tracey helped me out super last minute to walk my pups while I'm laid up from surgery! She took great care of my fur babies and I'll absolutely be booking her again.

Cathy came over the night or two before I booked her services as a dog walker. She was very friendly, polite and understanding of a large wiggly puppy. She was firm with him to not jump, but not mean to him or harsh. We encourage people to be firm with him, so I appreciated the approach. Cathy took diligent notes, asked questions about his routine and even what vet I wanted him taken to in case of emergency. Cathy even stayed during her visit an extra 10 minutes to make sure my puppy was left with a good walk, and a clean crate. My only concern with Cathy were that she moved the divider in the puppy's crate, without asking, and didnt advise until after she left the premise's. This is only important because my puppy is crate training, so him having minimal space to move around is extremely important in holding his bladder. HOWEVER, Cathy and I had a good exchange about this and I feel confident that this wasn't done for any reason other than to help my puppy be more comfortable. I do not believe for one second she did this to be a poor care taker, but rather to be an amazing one. She has his comfort at heart, and that is important to me. After we discussed the reason for the divider, Cathy advised in the future, she would ask before making any changes. I feel confident I can trust her in my apartment, and to treat my puppy with love and respect. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, or recommend her. Thank you again Cathy!

He is not really fond of walking with new people he meets and it takes a lot to do it again and again until he gets used to the person. He honestly doesn’t even walk much with me, he only walks far with his dad lol But Tracy was really patient in walking him. Really nice and super sweet to Eddie
