We had a last minute road trip and needed someone to let our dogs outside during the day. Stephanie was there to save the day and kept us updated on what they were doing throughout the day and she made the first time very easy.

The meet and greet with Kaitlin went very well. She clearly explained what to expect and took control the moment she arrived, which immediately gave us confidence in her. We felt very comfortable trusting her to work with our dog, Inno. Her calm but assertive approach really stood out.
