My cat came from a hoarding situation that left him emotionally and physically scarred. He is extremely wary of any new person who enters his home, but will come around with time and patience. Madelyn did an excellent job interacting with him at a pace he found comfortable, and she followed my directions for his care perfectly. I have already booked her for future visits, and I highly recommend her to other pet owners.

We were so lucky to find Caitlin to watch our kitties over the July 4th holiday weekend. She did an excellent job with feeding directions, sending photos & talking to our cats while we were away.
