Dog Boarding in Bainbridge

Susan was fantastic with my 9 year old boy Max. Four years ago my husband and I moved from New York. Everytime we had to travel ,three or four times a year I would make a 500 mile round-trip drive so Max could stay with my daughter. I have a hard time trusting anyone with him because he's like a baby to me. Last summer I found an ad for DogVacay. I interviewed a few of the sitters. I chose Susan to watch Max because she had the best set up for small dogs. Susan and her husband Kenny were very accommodating . I had to add an extra day at the last minute and they were fine with that. The day I drop Max off Susan listened very patiently while I gave her all the instructions for him. He was put on medication the day before and she took care of that for me too. They have a fantastic set up for small dogs in their home and all the equipment you could possibly think of. This was a great experience for myself and my dog. It gave him some time away to learn new things, like socializing with other dogs his size and experimenting with different kinds of food. Apparently he loves frozen green beans which would've never been offered in my house! Susan sent me bi daily pics,with descriptions of his day, putting my mind at ease and how he was being taken care of. I highly recommend Susan and her husband Kenny.They are very kind people and obviously love animals.

We were nervous to leave Forrest with someone other than family, but Karma put me immediately at ease. Her experience and confidence with talkative high energy dogs was the main reason I chose her, but her kindness and knowing she enjoyed hosting forrest during is stay will be the reason I return. He is exhausted after a fun weekend stay with her, and I’m happy knowing he had a great time away while my husband and I were out of town!

Wendy was the absolute best with our 15yr old Schnauzer Buster! He fit right in with her pet ‘family’. Wendy is patient, qualified and kind. What a blessing!

I could tell by the expression on my dog’s face in all the photo updates Ben sent that she was happy & content. Would recommend Ben’s care to anyone!

Linda was really caring and good with Harley . I would highly recommend her and use her next time i am in town . She sent pictures regularly to show he felt at home .

Marilyn was wonderful with my sweet dog. the pictures she sent showed how comfortable Primrose was with her sitter. I will be using Marilyn again. Primrose was content and that is so important especially due to Primrose health issues.

Taya took great care of Indy!! You could see his progression from the photos that she sent. He was maybe a little nervous Day 1 but soon he was cuddling & asking for tummy rubs. In no time, he seemed to be right at home ☺️ Thank you!!

We absolutely loved having Kathy take care of our Corgi, Libby! This was the first time we left her over night and we felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. We will definitely use Kathy again and have already booked another weekend with her .

This was a "home away from home" for my pup Clover. I rescued her and had her only 2 weeks when i had to leave her. I was thrilled to have found Beth. She is truly a dog lover. Pics were sent every day and i knew that my girl was being loved and cared for. I will use her services again.

Ashya was great with Chase!! She took really good care of him. She sent pics and videos during the short time we were gone, and Chase looked really comfortable and happy in all of them!! I hope to use her again in the future!!

Oscar is always comfortable, well cared for, and happy with Ms. Lorie!

Brandon was so great with my 2 dogs. We have a small and a large dog and he sent plenty of pictures of them running, playing and snuggling. They are both very high energy dogs and they were exhausted after a long weekend with Brandon. I would absolutely use him again, the dogs clearly adore him.

Bubba had such a great time with Daniel and Rachel while we were travelling! I think he thought he was on vacation himself, enjoying resort amenities and lots of love and attention. We received texts and photos every day keeping us up to date. It was wonderful to know that he was in such caring hands! I don't think he missed us a bit! We will definitely be contacting Daniel and Rachel in the future when Bubba needs a vacation! :)

Melissa treated Serenity like her own. Loved having the daily updates and pictures. It was evident that serenity fit right in and felt comfortable. Will definitely be going back to Melissa!

Kimberlee is the best! She’s great at sending updates cute photos while we were away. Our pup really enjoyed her stay and we can tell she can’t wait to visit again!
